Terms and conditions for gift card’s receiving

• Gift cards can be purchased and used at the Lux-Medicus Beauty Clinic in Helsinki, at Fredrikinkatu 64, and in Tallinn — Pikk 9, Jõe 2b, Linnamäe tee 3 or filling out the form for the certificate above.
• Gift cards are available in a variety of denominations from 20€ to 3000€
• The amount of funds deposited by a Card’s Purchaser corresponds to the nominal value of selected card and serves as an advance that is counted as payment for services purchased when a Cardholder visits Lux-Medicus Beauty Clinic.
• If a Cardholder didn’t use a gift card at Lux-Medicus Beauty Clinic prior to the expiry of validity, an advance is not subject to return.
• The period of use is specified on a card when buying.
• A Cardholder is unable to redeem it for cash.
• A card could not be restored if lost.
• A Cardholder can use a gift card both for a one-time visit and for purchasing the course of procedures.
• A used-up gift card should be returned to the administrator of the clinic.
• If the amount of selected services is less than the card’s denomination, the balance is non-refundable.
• If the amount of selected services exceeds the card’s denomination, the difference between the cost of services and card’s nominal value should be paid additionally on-site.
• Delivery of gift cards is free of charge within the territory of Finland and Estonia.
• Delivery of gift cards is carried out by post or courier according to the Customer’s choice.
• When using a gift card, any additional temporary discount for the procedure is not valid.
• If you want to make a surprise, we will send ourselves a gift card in the name of a Recipient.
