What is mesotherapy-lipolytic?
Lipolytics are a group of drugs that break down subcutaneous fat. Almost all of them contain the same active ingredient – the natural soybean enzyme phosphatidylcholine (denoted by PPC), much more familiar to everyone under the name lecithin. However, phosphatidylcholine is able to dissolve only already destroyed fat cells, and therefore for injection lipolysis it is used in conjunction with another substance – deoxycholate, which destroys the fat cell (adipocyte).
Sodium deoxycholate destroys the cell membranes of fat cells, allowing the contents of the fat cell to enter the intercellular space, where fats can be converted into an oil-in-water emulsion and removed from the body in a natural way. Further, phosphatidylcholine breaks down large fat molecules and promotes their breakdown.

Before the procedure, the cosmetologist conducts a conversation with the patient, finds out a medical history, and conducts an initial measurement of volumes. At this stage, the specialist can ask all questions of interest. The procedure takes place under sterile conditions, which eliminates the risk of infection. The drug is injected with the thinnest disposable needle into the subcutaneous fat, approximately 12 mm deep, into areas requiring correction. Redness and slight itching may occur at the injection site. The soothing cream, which the cosmetologist applies to the skin after injections, will return the feeling of comfort. The normal reaction of the body to the procedure of introducing lipolytics is the appearance of subcutaneous nodes. Do not be afraid: this reaction only indicates that the process is going right. After a month, such formations disappear. Sometimes hematomas and small hemorrhages occur at the injection site, which is also a variant of the norm. Cool dressings are usually applied to them. Possible pain at the injection site for 5 days. The introduction of lipolytics is a rather unpleasant procedure, which is carried out without anesthesia, but the result is worth it! Lipotherapy usually takes only 15-20 minutes. Depending on the source data, to achieve the maximum cumulative result, you may need from 1 to 3 ampoules of the drug per session.
